5 Steps so I get paid & you get your Rebate!
Apartments require you to fill out 3 items of paperwork to get me paid:
Guest Card - who referred you JOHN AT 24x7 APARTMENT FIND or JOHN AT 24x7 APT FIND.
Apartment Application - who referred you JOHN AT 24x7 APARTMENT FIND or JOHN AT 24x7 APT FIND.
On the Lease itself - who referred you JOHN AT 24x7 APARTMENT FIND or JOHN AT 24x7 APT FIND.
Once you are given the MOVE-IN DATE and UNIT NUMBER, please email me. I will get their billing ready. They won’t ever call me; some claim it is for privacy reasons but some tell me it is to cut down on paying locators!
It normally takes 30 to 90 days for me to get paid but I will send you a note when I get paid so you know when to expect your rebate. Why do I send part of my commissions to you – because I want you to make sure to list me so I will get paid. If you don’t list me, or list another locator, you are responsible for my commissions. Nobody wins if that happens!
