Not only monetarily but do they try to make the process as hassle-free as getting a new apartment can be? Does the person do a good job? Do they have testimonials?
Do you think the process makes sense? Does it offer any
"protection" of sorts to increase your chances of getting accepted?
What actions are necessary on your part to reduce the possibility of losing
application fees?
