The system I use states there are 191 apartments in the Houston Metro that will take some type of Felony at some time. For example, from a date of conviction:
DWI Felonies immediately
Hot Check Felonies or Financial crimes at 2-5 years
Drug Possession At 5-7 years
Violence at 10 years
Gun, Knife, Arson and other Violence at 20 years
