The site also has more information including how the process works and other exclusions (income, time since the crime, etc.

Please keep in mind that once you complete the FINDER FORM, I will be sending you an Email list and will be contacting you periodically by Email until you get your place.

I am only paid by the apartments upon you getting the apartment and “putting my name and company down”. You then must contact me via Email with your new address. The apartments won’t pay me without me invoicing them; just like you might not pay your electric bill if you didn’t get an invoice.

One more thing; all future correspondence between us will use my Email john@24x7aptfind.com.  My name is JOHN, I don’t give my last name because it is difficult to spell.
